Maryland Half Marathon & 5K
10 years. 130,000 miles. Endless impact.
Welcome to our Maryland Half Marathon & 5K Team Page!
The Breast Evaluation and Treatment Program, part of the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center, cares for patients with benign and malignant breast conditions. Our interdisciplinary team includes nationally recognized leaders in the fields of medical oncology, surgical oncology, radiation oncology, breast imaging and pathology.
We are running in the 10th Annual Maryland Half Marathon & 5K to raise money for the fight against cancer. 100% of every dollar we raise goes directly to the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center (UMGCCC). Since 2009, participants like us have raised more than $3 million to support UMGCCC’s cutting-edge care and groundbreaking research. And in honor of the race’s 10th anniversary, we’re going for a new fundraising best.
As a National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer center, UMGCCC ranks among the top cancer centers in the country. They combine compassionate care with the most advanced treatment options available. We hope you’ll consider making a donation to fund their amazing work. Your support helps provide lifesaving treatment to UMGCCC patients and funds research that benefits cancer patients everywhere.
Make a contribution today. Together, we can move the fight against cancer forward!
