The Maryland Half Marathon is going into its 9th year on May 13, 2017. Since its inception, this Event has raised over $3,000,000 for the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center!
Many of us, if not all, know someone who has bravely battled this disease. To experience or even witness the intensity of what it takes to fight cancer must move us, if even in some small way, to want to help. I'm asking you to consider an opportunity to do so.
The Maryland Half Marathon raises money that will be specifically used for critical cancer research at the Cancer Center. With the priority of research, along with its superior medical team and deeply caring environment, the Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center has become one of the prominent cancer centers in the Country.
As the Co-Founder of this race, I am so proud of what our community has been able to achieve as we strive toward a common goal of finding a cure, but there is still so much work to be done. Any donation is deeply appreciated and will make a big difference for our patients and their families. To make a contribution, please click on the red "donate now" button. Thank you!
